「Linens on bed were thin. Air conditioning took for ever to cool room and was really dirty. No soap in dispenser in shower. Breakfast was good.」

「Beware! Renovations are being done. There was no water when we entered the room. The front desk indicated it was shut off for renovation and would be turned on in 20 minutes. One hour later it finally worked but hot water was dark brown. My husband ran the hot water for 1.5 hours straight before it ran clear. In the morning, the hot water for tea, in the lobby, was brown. We went to a convenience store in order to get a decent cup of tea and coffee. We recommend you stay elsewhere.」

「Was not clean… Rusty parts in the bathroom, unclean flooring, And supposedly the manager was burning incense in the lobby, which caused an allergic reaction. It was an awful experience.」

「I arrived at around at 11pm becaue of heavy traffic from Charlotte Airport, and checke out at 9am in tomorrow morning. So I had not experiene so much, but front desk was waiting for me and preparerd my check in so that it proceed smoothly. The room was clean and had enough space for one person. 」

「Clean rooms and very close to the I-77. Easy on and off. For Shoppers the Mall is across the street and a New Burger King in front of the Hotel.」

「We have stayed in this location several times and have always had a great experience. Will definitely stay here again when we need to travel to Hickory.」

「Affordable New clean hotel without any problems 」

「The door sweep was broken off on the bottom of the door so there was a decent gap for rodents to fit under. The ac did not cool properly. The toilet did not flush completely and the bath tub had a steady drip.」

「We were only there for a night. It was perfect for what we needed. However, double beds are just too small for couples. But everything else was great」

「Basic clean room. It’s actually in a good spot close to restaurants and such.」

「ロードトリップの途中の宿泊で使用しました。部屋はとても清潔で、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫などが揃ってあり長期旅行する者としては便利でした。朝食をとるスペースが小さかったので８時半頃には混み合って座れませんでした。学生の１０名程度の団体と重なったため少し騒がしかったです。全体的には綺麗で良いホテルだと思います。」

「It was a nice stay, but the pool was closed. I was told it has been closed for a while and no one has come to fix it. I was told that they zip tie the doors open during the day because all of the readers are broken. Other than that it was a good stay.」
