I had to call customer service and talk to Mohammed with Expedia. He was understanding and was able to get my reservations from Gastonia refunded so I could stay at this hotel where I was parked. The survey expired too quick for me to thank him and I could not thank him enough. For the actual Hampton Inn, the night clerk was great...
