I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean and stylish, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything I needed was just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place!!

I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful. Nice new hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are modern and clean. Hotel also has nice pool and pretty good fitness center. You must call to schedule pickup/transfers to the airport.

Very comfortable rooms, convenient location, friendly staff

Traveling all day it was a relief to be able to check in with Dylan at a the front desk. He was professional and pleasant. Our room was what we had asked for, and even better. Breakfast the next morning was good. The excellence of the Hampton got us on the road feeling relaxed and well rested.

Restaurant and bar were great for a quick overnight stay

We had to travel a few extra minutes to get away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte to enjoy peace and quiet but it was worth it. It looked to me like this Courtyard had been recently updated and we enjoyed our stay.

Great, clean facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was good and nice variety offered, but could have been stocked a little more frequently. (Sadly some guests thought the food was only for them, which is not the staff's fault.) We would definitely stay here again if ever in Rock Hill.

We went to Carowinds and this location was perfect for staying.

The hotel was very nice, but there was a lot of noise coming from one of the rooms. I should have called the front desk, but did not.

Visited Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown to attend a Charlotte Hornets game with my mother for her birthday. This hotel is in a very convenient location within walkable distance from the arena and many restaurants. The bar lounge was a nice area to hangout after the game. Valet parking was $45 per night with unlimited access to your vehicle. The breakfast included with stay was pretty decent too.

I was attending our annual Wine & Design franchisee conference and had an amazing experience! Every member of the staff I interacted with was phenomenal! The facility is lovely and appropriately priced for the amenities they provide. The food was wonderful! Knowing we had banquet style meals, my expectations were pretty low. I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything was prepared and tasted. The only downsides I experienced were the temperature of my room. It was extra toasty and...

Hotel was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was pool ws closed for repairs.

We were there with band students for All-District. Kids loved it...very classy.

Love this hotel freindly and clean plus it's in a safe area of Charlotte. We will be back.
