The front desk worker was very rude & claimed she did not know anything about how to put me in touch with housekeeping to ask about my lost bag. She was being very short and very unpleasant with me on the phone. After asking for a manager, she said she didn’t know when one would be in & would not give any other information. This was a very unprofessional experience! "
