"Parking situation is terrible. It is valet service, it took them 40 minutes to get our car out and another 30 to acknowledge our presence when we got back to the hotel. Room was fine, but the sliding bathroom door wasn’t installed properly, so no privacy- you can literally see a toiled with the door “closed”. Ok for the couples being in a long relationship, but totally unacceptable if it’s a romantic stay or a new couple."

"Everything great except when we returned and waited for an hour for hotel shuttle from airport to collect our car. We thought the shuttle was on half hour schedule and should have gotten taxi or Uber."
