「We had a great stay! The stay was conveniently located to midtown/downtown Charlotte! The neighborhood was nice, and peaceful! We enjoyed the amenities and the easy check-in and checkout process! We had a minor issue with the smoke detector noises in the middle of the night, but the host responded immediately and appropriately addressed our concerns!」

「Would never book here again.. drove 12 hours and when we got into the place it hardly looked cleaned. No one ever came to restock the toiletries or towels etc. Extra sheets that were given for the pull out couch literally had cigarette burn holes in them and there was a sheet left on the pull out couch with fecal stains on it. Upon leaving yesterday we also saw cockroaches. Never again. outrageous price for 3 nights not worth it. Not to mention every time we needed to talk to the front desk no...
