「Book this lodging for your stay. It's a complete win. Communication for extra amenities was quick. The room came fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. The room was very clean. Washer and dryer in the room so you can wash your clothes or bedding as needed. Full kitchen. Plenty of cookware. Salt, pepper, and olive oil as well as a selection of coffee and tea. Had zero problem with a Walmart grocery delivery. A beautiful pool...

「I like the area the hotel is in near the mall. Lots of stores and restaurants. The premises are very nice and clean. Unit comes with a kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. I could hear the whole conversations of the lady in the room next to me at night when I was trying to sleep. 」

「Kasa Southside Wilmington has the best apartments to stay in while on a long weekend getaway!! Plenty of room for everyone, tons of storage areas for clothes, shoes, food and drinks. Super clean and private. Anything you could ever want is within a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic」

「The rates were great. The location and the building felt safe and secure. Check in was easy, the building and the room were clean. The staff was accommodating for our unique check-in and check-out needs. The space worked well for our family. Walmart was very close by for convenient shopping, and we weren't far from additional shopping and restaurants. 」

「Super close to beach access. Room was very nice and super clean. Loved that it had a full kitchen and sitting area. Only thing was the room was next to stairwell so could hear everyone going up and down. Property had parking and elevator. Would stay again.」

「The property itself is awesome once you’re checked in and in your apartment for your stay. The pool was great with plenty of seating, valet trash pickup if you’re staying during the weekdays, and plenty of creature comforts to make your stay easy. 「Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. Staff was super friendly especially in the evening st the checkin at the security gate and in tge office at checkout」

「Relaxing atmosphere with a lot of amenities. Great for family trips 」

「The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.」
