「I don’t zz but 」

「We literally walked into the room, walked back out and demanded a refund. Which was granted. The room was in bad condition, it was pretty ran down, hair everywhere, stains on the walls, the blinds were chewed up obviously by a pet. This hotel was very impoverished. You can hear other guest TV and conversations in the room, didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend, they really need to invest into this property.」

「We were originally booked into a downtown hotel for our very first visit to asheville. After some research, we decided we wanted to stay in a neighborhood and this was the perfect choice. Plenty of parking, perfectly located, and the unit was far more spacious than we needed for 5 nights. This was well thought out and we couldn't think of one thing they should have done better. Ice cold AC. Extra comfy bed,, ROKU. Coffee in room.」

「Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The elevator was not working throughout the weekend, and there was no internet service available. The property also had a strong smoke odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.」

「There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

「Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%.」

「The place was nice. Easy beach access. Pools were nice. Everything was within walking distance. Only downside was the last 5 miles was back up for up to an hour.」
