「Professional and Excellent staff」

「Easy parking on the premises, overall condition of the hotel could be upgraded, eg my bathroom had missing stopper, the sink had a crack, the bathtub was patched from a crack and it definitely required replacement.」

「I like that the living area was separate from the bedroom space. Check in was fine. The noise from other guests was unacceptable, when checking out there was no one in the office and after a good 15 minutes when someone finally showed up it smelled as though they were smoking marijuana. We also asked for towels and they never brought them up to the room so I had to go back down to the office and ask for them again and wait for them and bring them up myself. 「Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again.」

「The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper.
