I was assigned a room on the fifth floor directly above what appeared to be active work or maintenance on the fourth floor, resulting in ongoing noise throughout the day. This made it difficult to rest or relax. In addition, after social hours, there were large gatherings with loud cheering and noise that could be clearly heard from my room. This disrupted my ability to rest after a long day. It seemed that an event or convention may have been taking place, but this was not communicated beforehand. Given these issues and the lack of transparency, this stay did not meet the standard I expect. I would appreciate your review of this experience and consideration of appropriate compensation. "

"Unfortunately on my 2 nights visit the bistro was not opened at lunch and for dinner in one occasion. I had planned on eating at the bistro but was unable to. Instead I had to rely on grocery items sold at the reception. Just not very healthy. Otherwise the hotel has a great lobby, staff was generally nice and helpful. However the lack of staff kept the bistro closed for dinner. Unfortunately Room was spacious "
