"Upon entry, lobby appeared clean and well kept. While walking the halls to our room, we noticed the carpet was overdue for a deep clean. After entering the room, we noticed two wasp buzzing near the balcony door which was not secure and could not be locked. The room did not have a fresh scent and the shower had traces of pubic hair in the corner. We left to take care of family business and requested a refund from the manager. He was polite and understood why we’d request such and gave us a print out of the refund. I appreciate the courteousness of the manager and hope this feedback will bring about an improvement for future guests. "

"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I was not informed in advance that construction was taking place, which significantly affected the ambiance and overall experience. There was also a noticeable odor throughout the facility that made the environment uncomfortable. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor directly above what appeared to be active work or maintenance on the fourth floor, resulting in ongoing noise throughout the day. This made it difficult to rest or relax. In addition, after social hours, there were large gatherings with loud cheering and noise that could be clearly heard from my room. This disrupted my ability to rest after a long day. It seemed that an event or convention may have been taking place, but this was not communicated beforehand. Given these issues and the lack of transparency, this stay did not meet the standard I expect. I would appreciate your review of this experience and consideration of appropriate compensation. "

"Unfortunately on my 2 nights visit the bistro was not opened at lunch and for dinner in one occasion. I had planned on eating at the bistro but was unable to. Instead I had to rely on grocery items sold at the reception. Just not very healthy. Otherwise the hotel has a great lobby, staff was generally nice and helpful. However the lack of staff kept the bistro closed for dinner. Unfortunately Room was spacious "
