"This was ok for a budget option but there was a really scary looking control panel in one of the elevators that was so concerning looking that it made me write this review."

"Pool was cold. The pull out bed was painful, all springs and no cushion. Floor by the bed, and desk had large food crumbs. On the positive, location was good, very quiet, and staff was friendly. "

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We were there three nights to do college tours and go to a Hornets game. The staff was amazing. Every single person was friendly and welcoming and accommodating from beginning to end. The amenities were perfect including the indoor pool and hot tub when it was highs in the 40s to the free hot breakfast AND dinner AND complimentary drinks daily. We will definitely be back when we are in town!"

"I didn't expect too much with the price. However, the staff treated me well and the room looked clean with the exception of a dirty spot or mold by the sink, couldn't tell which. None of that too bad but when I woke up to a roach on the wall, that made me angry and THEN I got charged another $100 at checkout. Staff said it was immediately given back but it still hit my account. That needs to be taken care of ASAP because being charged $100 to stay and to leave is CRAZY! I know she said it was a mistake but after seeing the roach I was pissed and ready to go home. "

"For my negatives: The beds are hard and the pillows are flat. Our room heater/air sounds like the thing is on its last leg. The indoor pool was cold not heated. We were there for cheer comp and the girls couldn’t enjoy the pool it was so cold. For my positives: The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was great. The price wasn’t bad either. "
