"My first room didn’t have a lock on the door other than the keyed one. Moving to the second room and it was filthy. I will not stay again. Actively trying to get a refund on that waste of a hotel stay. It does not look or feel how it was advertised"

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Charlotte University Place, NC
10/10 Excellent
"I thought the place was great overall. Breakfast was good, the room was VERY clean, the bed sheets were very clean and white, sheets and pillows soft. There was an "odor" outside in the parking lot but nothing inside, so I don't know what others were talking about. The lady at checkout was extremely pleasant, very personal, and nice; the man at check in was polite and professional.
Only one issue - as we got there after sunset, we missed the turn for the road the hotel is on - there was no visible signage and nothing on the main road. Perhaps this is a zoning issue. But we would definitely stay here again, no question."
Modern Entire 2-Bedroom House for 6 Guests at University City
10/10 Excellent
"The house was amazing very clean and modern features. The location was prime to everything and to ZMax Dragway where we went. This is a definite 10 and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in spring of 2026 for the race. Thank you Mr. David Wang."
"Booked it for a concert at PNC Amphitheater. 5 minutes from the venue. Very cozy and comfortable. Host was amazing with communication throughout. We would definitely stay here again."
"We loved everything about our stay, it was a perfect budget option near a concert venue we frequent. We will definitely be back, my only complaint is a tiny bit of mold in the bathroom but not enough to deter us from coming back. "
