After having a terrible experience at a previous hotel, we booked the Hyatt, and were welcomed with the most friendly of staff. The entire hotel was incredibly clean and spacious with high end amenities. If we are back in Charlotte we’ll stay here. Even the good morning greetings were so welcomed! Highly recommend.
