"We stayed here for a concert. The room was great. When we came in from the concert and tried to go to sleep I noticed that the light on the foe alarm was blinking green constantly. I called the front desk and was told that was normal and that I needed to go to sleep that it was too late to change rooms. I paid 600.00 go this room and had zero sleep. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where the light on the fire alarm blinked on the regular. This will not be on my top choices to stay again. "

I arranged for the complimentary transportation by calling an automated number, followed the van on a website as was suggested. The van arrived in a timely manner and the driver was professional and courteous. I was checked in quickly, along with a flight crew. I found my room, which was upgraded for me. Everything about my stay here was perfect. I definitely will stay at this property again when I return to Charlotte."
