「It is a clean, well-appointed one-bedroom apartment in a quiet, well-maintained apartment complex. The A/C is a bit loud, but no louder than a bunch of hotel/motel rooms I've stayed in, and it works well. My only complaint is that the bed sheets weren't pulled tight, so I had a little fear that maybe the bed had not been made after the previous resident left.」

「My husband and I were coming down to relax. The area is very suburban like, any in every restaurant store gas station car wash grocery store you need is very close by; that is a plus. The problem is though the condo is quiet. There is a freeway that you’re looking out at off the balcony and a very busy road to the right of the balcony.. you can hear all the traffic. 「We came to see a concert at Bank of America Stadium. The location was close to a lot, and not very far from the stadium. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and extremely accommodating. Would love to stay here again, definitely recommend!」

「We enjoyed our stay and the location was great and central to my kids in Mooresville, Ashville, and Chapel Hill. Their mom also lives in Mooresville so it was a fantastic location. I lived down the hall when they were younger so it brought back lake memories. Always loved the winter morning sun streaming in and getting sunrise and sunset at the properties location」

「This is 2nd time we have rented this place as it is perfect location and perfect size & set-up for our group. Plus the great views of the lake! It's also great to have 2 restuarants on the ground level, even if just want to grab a drink there. Food ok, but do have live music and 」

「We were in town for a graduation. The unit was beautiful and well-appointed with great views of the lake. The owners thoughtfully left staples to get us started (k-cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Highly recommend!」
