「Hotel is getting a little " tired " in some areas.Needs to be updated. Staff were Ok but room had an empty Kleenex box and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. Housekeeping should do a better job of that.」

「The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in.」

I had changed my date of check in with Expedia weeks before arrival and had a confirmation of it, but unfortunately they somehow didn’t change it with the hotel and my room was canceled, but thankfully the hotel called me as I was traveling there and held the room for me, they were amazing.」

「I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. 」

「The room was designated ADA but it had a bathtub with no handrails. It was also the second last room farthest from the elevator. There was nothing about this room that serviced handicaped guests and was definitely not wheelchair compliant. If I stayed again I would just reserve a regular room and ask to be close to the elevator. The breakfast was good and the attendant was exceptional. I noticed they helped guests even after breakfast hours. I rated the amenities 2 because the ADA room was not...

「Upon arriving at front desk you are greeted by a friendly and respectful owner. Located in a quiet area, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable for a goodnights sleep. Wi-Fi available, fridge and microwave, no breakfast but you are close to services close by.」
