「The vinyl couch had some dirt that could have been wiped in between guests. Chair cushion seams coming undone. Bathroom could have been fresher looking and less “used” looking. Ceiling had drop tiles that looked dated and not “fresh”. Heavy caulking with spots in it. Shower curtain had mildew discoloration at the bottom and I’m always a stickler for seeing hairs upon arrival. 「The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance...

Lynn was very friendly, accommodating and I needed a little extra time on check out and Denise allowed for that without any hassle. The place was quiet, well maintained and would stay again if back in the area. 」
