Hughon was amazing. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and everyone was very accommodating. Will definitely stay at this location again!
Really beautiful hotel, surrounded by a nice view and shopping area. Downstairs bar open until 12 & lobby has a pool table! Front desk was a little subpar on the CS but everything else was amazing.
The room was very clean and the location, close to the Ballantyne bowl, was very convenient. I have to commend one of the check in staff, Julie. She went above and beyond to assist with my needs.

Aloft is clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a safe area. I love the modern and upgrade look touch to the decor. If I am ever in the area again this will be my go to hotel.
Noise in the building is a little loud at times, especially dogs barking. It’s a pet friendly hotel and attracts alot of dog owners. It would be nice if they confined the animals to one floor. Someone on our floor left their dog in the room all day by himself and he was barking a lot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast for a fee was reasonable and the common area in the lobby lounge is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for sleeping. Everything worked as it should in our room. I don’t recommend the shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided for people who are sensitive because they have a strong perfume scent.
