Amazing experience

I stayed here recently with my husband and daughters and it was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect! They had even upgraded us to a suite!! We had absolutely no complaints and will be staying here again on our next visit!

The room was large and clean and quiet. we slept so well.

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

Great pillows and bedding. Large room and closet for nyc. Great shower!

Excellent breakfast with many hot and cold options. Large dining area and staff kept buffet area very clean, fresh and filled. Excellent location near many sites including Central Park. Will stay here again.

Great all around

To start the place is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. Our room on the 19th floor was a little dark as the window was facing much taller buildings. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The shower had strong pressure and gets very hot if you like. They have a $35/day destination fee as most hotels do in NYC but dont let this discourage you as the room prices are priced fair. I will recommend and return to the Omni Berkshire.

The service at the front desk and at breakfast was top-notch. The front desk staff is very helpful and attentive, and the folks in the cafe saved us a table and we were very quick to help us.

This is a gorgeous hotel with wonderful service and amenities. Beware room service - it is extremely pricey.

We had never stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and glad we did, very nicely decorated and the amenities were great (nice pool, fitness area, dining with fabulous views), parking on premises, close to everything. It was a little pricey, but hey, it's New York!

Parking was an issue. Not enough parking in the evening. Also elevators not working.

The property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do and see (we walked just about everywhere). The air filtration/circulation was awesome. We brought food back to the room and we never smelled it when we came back. Loved that they had a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was very pleasant and quick to respond when we needed something
