「Cozy little stay. 5 minutes from the strip so very convenient for those trying to same some money yet still be close to the strip.」

「No hot water and a total dump」

「Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Great place for families with dogs. The home is well stocked. The most amazing part was the art work in the back yard!!」

「Great property, great communication with host and centrally located. Our overall experience was a Five Star.」

「Host was kind, responsive and great to work with. Space is exactly as shown.」

「Awesome house in vegas!! It's perfect for large groups. We had 15 people staying at the house and each person had their own bed. The whole house was very clean and the amenities were great. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with plenty of towels for all the guests. It is about 10-15 minutes from the strip so it's a great location. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!」

「Just a simple, plain place. Elegant is too strong a description. Concrete floor with a rug for the sleeping area. Shampoo holder fell off the shower wall spontaneously. Fabrizio very quick to respond to communications. You have to park on the street, which was a little bit crowded at times. A so so neighborhood.」

「Great overnight stay on trip to the west coast.」

「Le logement était très équipé et conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Las Vegas ! Le quartier était tranquille, pas très loin du centre.」

「The sophisticated lobby spoke to the upmost class and elevated people wise to the amazing venture that is the palms.」

「Nice smooth stay」

「The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean but the floors were really dirty and the base boards were really dirty. I al see ok think leaving cleaning supplies would be great. House is pet friendly which was a big plus!」

「Very good rental simple and easy. Location gave us great access to where we needed to go」
