「On arrival, TV wasn't working, toilet didn't flush and safe was not working. Support did come up to fix TV and the toilet, but safe was found out afterwards and decided not to call them up again.」

「They didn’t clean my room. Was told this is not included in resort changes…?」

「Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind.」

「We were not looking for a ritzy expensive place to stay. We needed a place to come back to and crash after seeing all vegas had to offer each day without breaking the bank. This place is close to the strip, about 7 minutes by car. It was very quiet. Door to the balcony was broken, but that wasnt a deal breaker. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the main living areas were tidy and roomy enough for our group.」

「掃除やシーツ交換等きちんとされていて、とても清潔でした。テレビが作動しなかったので、フロントに伝えたら、外出している間に直してあった。しかし冷蔵庫が、冷えていなくて(電気はついていた)伝えたが、チェックアウトまで結局直っていなかった。フロントスタッフや、ショップスタッフの応対は フレンドリーで良かったです。全体的に、清潔ないいホテルでした。」
