MGM Signature PH strip view condo with private external balcony - 30th flr

This condo is my personal unit at 135 E HARMON Avenue #3015. It’s a deluxe studio PH unit with a balcony on the 30th floor in Tower 2 of the MGM Signature condos.

Has about 1000 feet view of F1 track.
MGM Signature is ranked 11 out of 263 Las Vegas hotels on Trip Advisor. You made a great choice!

The MGM Signature is a non-gaming and non-smoking property. It offers a exceptional luxury experience to every guest that visits.

The unit as granite counters in the kitchen & bathroom. 2 burner stove a minifridge and a sink.

The Signature Condos are connected by an electronic walkway to the MGM Grand Hotel & casino, without having to leave the property. Across from the MGM Grand Hotel is the new T-Mobile Arena, THE PARK and The Park Theater, along with numerous eateries, The NY NY and Monte Carlo Hotels. To the North outside the gates is Planet Hollywood. City Center and The Aria And the Cosmo are about one long block west of the Signature Towers. The location is prime

The rate quoted includes tax (13.38%), resort fee, departure cleaning fee and complimentary wifi. If you’re flying into McCarran International Airport I find it very convenient to either use Lift and Uber to get around in Vegas. If you choose to rent or bring your own car there is 24 hour free valet service provided at the MGM Signature. There is no self parking.
There are no other fees charged. (You may order room service, cocktails,
etc. that you may charge to your credit card or pay cash.) The lobby will take your credit card number when your checking in for incidentals.
If you are bringing a car let me know and I will arrange for a parking valet pass which will be left at the parking attendants booth before you enter the gated compound.
When you arrive go to the lobby, show your photo ID and leave your credit card information for incidentals and you will receive room keys.
There is a nice breakfast place called Delights by the Tower 2 lobby.
The MGM Signature condos were built in 2006 as luxury condos. Most of the units are owned by individuals and the many of the units participate in the hotel program run directly by MGM.
I rent this unit directly not through the MGM rental program so you will enjoy lower rates and have access to all the same amenities.


The room will have an ample supply of fresh towels for your stay. If for whatever reason you require more towels call housekeeping, there is no charge.


The MGM signature is connected to the MGM Grand hotel via a climate controlled electric walkway. So you can get into the casino without stepping outside! That will take around 5 minutes. There are a ton of fabulous restaurants as soon as you get off the walkway.

Overall a very nice stay. The only thing that was a little difficult was pick-up from Lyft and Uber. We needed to walk around the corner which was okay during our stay, but for the ride to the airport, we had to push our luggage around to the ride share area.

Great Spot

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The property was as described, kitchen was stocked with just enough to make a few meals. It was a pleasant and easy walk to MGM and Monorail. We rented a car for part of our stay and the Valet parking was straightforward and convienient.

Convenient and lovely suite

Lived the easy access to monorail, made getting to our convention a breeze. The signature suite was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen in this unit is very complete.

favorite place to stay in Las Vegas

this is our favorite go to place in Vegas. My only complaint would be that the unit could use a deep cleaning. Over all I would stay again.

Great Location

This property worked great for us because of location. We were in town for a Convention and needed easy access back and forth and then so convenient to the Airport. Unfortunately it was to cold to swim.

Great Stay

We love staying at the Signature MGM. Location is convenient and you don't have to go through the main casino/lobby to access. This unit was on the 30th floor but we never had to wait longer than a couple minutes for a elevator. Would stay again!

Room was beautiful, property was beautiful! Room did not meet cleanliness standards upon check in, urine on toilet seat and balcony glass was dirty. Did not take time to see that I had to reach out to property manager for housekeeping, so that was my mistake. Overall, the stay was good.

Signature Suite unit

The unit was as advertised. The host was extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. There were no problems at check in. MGM is still experiencing issues related to the computer hack suffered 3 weeks ago, so some normal computer functions such as check out remotely or spa services needed to be performed manually.

The view was not of the Vegas strip. The jets on the jacuzzi had scum or mold on them so needles to say we didnt use it. There was some lights that weren't working.

Comfortable and Great Rate!

The space was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay. The jetted tub and balcony were great and Linas was available and exceptionally communicative. We booked early and got very affordable rates for the holidays. Check in was a little challenging. (This had absolutely nothing to do with Linas.)The front desk was short-staffed and loved reminding us that we,"booked with a third party". I just smiled and reminded myself that we also avoided the hotel's obscene resort fees by doing so. It takes a bit more time and walking to get around the strip than other center-strip accomodations, but Husband and I love to walk and people watch. Super easy to get a cab or driving service from the hotel with zero wait. The monorail is an easy interior walk through the tower and to MGM restaurants and shops. The bed was SO comfortable and Linas has thoughtfully provided kitchenware which was awesome as we like to prepare small meals and snacks during our stay. We asked for extra towels and pillows ahead of time and both were provided prior to check in. Highly recommend, and rest assured knowing Linas will be there to make your stay extra enjoyable and hassle-free. Loved it!!
