「The staff were friendly, the grounds were beautiful. The staff were super communicative in the lead up to the booking, they'd asked if we'd prefer a room away from the hall which was hosting a Motown night since they saw we had an infant with us, and they called on the day to ask if we'd prefer the sofa bed or cot for the infant. 「The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway

「On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. The rooms are clean and presentable with welcome cookies and drinks in the mini fridge. The bed was really comfy with a nice duvet. Location is fantastic. Would highly recommend. 」
