"The staff were very helpful. The rooms had been refurbished, with an excellent, powerful walk-in shower. The hotel was conveniently situated near the station and the bus stop for the airport."

"Didn’t have breakfast. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Bed was really comfy with nice pillows and nice clean bedding. Shower was great and the shampoo and shower gel provided was lovely. There wasn’t a seat in front of a mirror though so I had to sit in the middle of the room at the full length mirror. There wasn’t a plug socket near the mirror either to blow dry my hair. It was a bit warm overnight and there was a bit of road noise with the window open, but the curtains made the room lovely and dark. Staff were efficient but not notably friendly. Overall a good, reasonably priced overnight stay with all we needed. We would have liked information about car parking prior to coming as the car park we ended up in after driving around had a max 18 hour stay so we had to get up in the morning and go and put more money on the ticket. "Main problem with our stay was the breakfast experience on the second day. There seemed to be a shortage of staff which resulted in the whole experience being a shambles. There appeared to be only one person in the kitchen and only one person in the restaurant. Front of restaurant was having to check reservations and having to act as a waiter for a large number of tables and guests. Kitchen staff were unable to keep up with the replenishment of food, plates and cutlery. Minor point of complaint was the position of the toilet roll holder in the bathroom of our room. This was situated ridiculously close to the toilet seat. We also thought it unhygienic that there were no hand towels provided only bath towels."

"Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. "
