Excellent hotel in a central part of Leeds with the main shopping within 10mins walk. Rooms were good sized; staff were excellent and always responsive and breakfast was very good

From start to finish, everything was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the lady at reception was genuinely lovely and very helpful. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of most attractions and shopping centres. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean however, I didn't like wc and bathroom seperation. Staff was friendly, well-trained and professional. Walkable distance from the train station. I wouls stay again.

The hotel was a great location, rooms clean and comfortable and a good breakfast. The car park is too small for the volume using it and very tight for larger vehicles but staff were exceptionally helpfully in finding us a parking space when we arrived and the car park was full . WARNING! we booked through Expedia who charged us 5% more than the room rate on the hotels invoice at check out. BOOK DIRECT OR AG LEAST NOT THROUGH EXPEDIA

Overall it was clean and in a very central location, I also cannot fault the staff. In terms of the room & breakfast it was a little underwhelming. For the price paid over the weekend for a leisure break it would have been nice to have had a bath tub and a softer bed. Breakfast very popular which meant often waiting for food options to be replenished. Everything else as expected, many thanks.
