「Hot tub was perfect, very relaxing. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Host was very helpful. 」

「As always I was not disappointed ! Made very welcome at Reception and remembered as a regular visitor. All very nice and comforting. The room was warm , the bathroom heated and a really huge comfy inviting bed . Our go to Hotel when visiting Bradford and just off the motorway.」

「Ok」

「Delightful and caring staff. Great spacious room for a family of three. Great spot. Really good value.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok, although no comfy chair to sit on, instead a stool at the desk. I found the bathroom unusual as sink was in the main room and the toilet space was very very small. An iron, ironing board and fridge were helpful if I had needed them. Breakfast was good, pleasantly surprised to have a small option of hot food when continental was stated as what was provided. Good sized car park .」

「No local parking, had to walk a fair distance, not a nice area, won't be back」

「Maybe used to be Opulent but no more. Tough check-in and key difficult to use. Smell in corridor was disgusting mixture of various cuisines. Room needed serious maintenance」

「Ashley is always super helpful…just as if he were your family member. This hotel building is charming but does not have a lift. However you don’t have to carry your bag. The staff carry it right away without demanding any tip. Sorry I am from a country of no tips so I totally forgot to leave tips. This hotel is located within walking distance from/to the Shipley Station and Salts area and in front of a nice little park. Everyone especially Ashley give you such an uplifting encouragement. A...

「Great stay. Lovely clean rooms with great views. Very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful host. And pub with good food (and prices) just a stone's throw away. Would highly recommend.」
