「Ashley is always super helpful…just as if he were your family member. This hotel building is charming but does not have a lift. However you don’t have to carry your bag. The staff carry it right away without demanding any tip. Sorry I am from a country of no tips so I totally forgot to leave tips. 「Grounds and building are beautiful, staff are helpful. Unfortunately the bed and pillows are horrendous. Stayed 2 nights and hardly slept both nights. I also mentioned this to the reception staff and said I would of been more comfortable sleeping on the floor and she apologised. The whole point of staying somewhere is to sleep so really all the other facilities are pretty pointless if you can’t get the main part correct. 「As always I was not disappointed ! Made very welcome at Reception and remembered as a regular visitor. All very nice and comforting. The room was warm , the bathroom heated and a really huge comfy inviting bed . Our go to Hotel when visiting Bradford and just off the motorway.」
