Sarah and Stuart are wonderful hosts, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are delightful and the bed was so comfy. As always, we were made to feel so welcome. Would highly recommend a stay here in this wonderful home.
Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out.
Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal.
Super breakfast with lots of choice.
Friendly hosts who are very welcoming into their home. Service was very good with a wide range of choice for breakfast. The little touches are most appreciated - such as a mini fridge in the room for fresh milk to make a tea or coffee. Very quaint and welcoming place. Will certainly stay again.
Very comfortable stay all the rooms are very unique. Sarah and Stewart are very friendly and welcoming and take pride in making your stay perfect. This is our third stay here visiting family and will be staying again
A delightful bed and breakfast.
The hosts were friendly and helpful and the cooked breakfast was amazing.
Second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.
A large house very welcoming and owners friendly and welcoming breakfast had a large selection of choices would recommend it safe parking in gated grounds
Very nice place, clean and quiet. Very nice and helpful staff. Thank you Sarah for that and for breakfast. I'll like to stay here, if I'll visit this area again.
Great welcome and communication by the people running the house, its tucked away in a quiet place with locked and safe parking behind a gate. Rooms were very clean and comfy but I didn't have any food which was kindly on offer so can't comment on that. Very friendly welcome.
Such a lovely b&b. Everything had been thought through. Quality breakfast, lovely room and and en suite. Very peaceful. Comfortable bed. Great hosting, felt very at home.
Wonderful place to stay. Warm welcome from Sarah and Stewart after a long and frustrating journey up the A1. Room very comfortable with fresh milk and cold water. Lovely little touches which made it special. The breakfast next morning couldn't have been better! Will definitely stay here again when visiting our son in Leeds.
Stayed for one night on the way up to Northumberland. Good sized room which was spotlessly clean. Very good shower and appreciated the paper bin liners. Firm mattress. Welcoming hosts and an amazing breakfast, thank you.
Stayed for 2 nights at The Grange in Cressey room, a double room with King sized bed. The room overlooks the garden and is extremely quiet. The owners, Sarah and Stewart were away, however we were looked after extremely well by their daughter, Kate. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets, pillows and pillowcases. The room was well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, safe, iron and ironing board and electric fan. The multi choice breakfast was plentiful and filling. Both mornings we had cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and porridge were also available.
The Grange’s many facilities include a lovely lounge with adjoining honesty bar. Safe car parking behind secure electronic gates, walking distance into the centre of Normanton if required.
Overall, a faultless stay in a fabulous B&B.
