"Clean hotel. Not very friendly staff. I paid £15 for late chexk out at 1 pm (normal check out at 11). At 01.04 pm, I received a phone call and simultaneously someone was knocking the door to tell me that I am "late" for check out. Not very nice 😕 "

"The first room I got the toilet wasn't clean, so they changed me. Still, it could be cleaner, but it was acceptable. The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and kind. Comfortable bed and very silent inside. Although it is in the middle of nowhere you can easily get Uber and so many lovely villages and nature around. It's worth it!"

"Room could have done with some TLC. Bathroom a bit neglected, plaster coming off, wallpaper coming away above window in room. Shower had no pressure, didn’t work properly and hot water was hit and miss. A bit disappointed to be honest as we stayed here 10 years ago and felt it has gone downhill. "

"Room was snug as advertised which was not a problem but the shower was very poor - controls were broken which meant couldn’t switch to overhead from handheld … clean & tidy but staff were not very smiley & welcoming. Cooked breakfast was very good appreciated the complimentary late checkout "
