Can’t fault it, very big clean rooms nice bathroom only one thing that could be better would have been air con but that’s only because it was boiling hot in Leeds yesterday! There was a small fan though so it wasn’t too unbearable in the room! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that and used the self check in kiosks, we would definitely stay again.

The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was good but the stand out feature of our stay were the staff. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great.

It was okay, but not as good as expected. Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the shower had decent water pressure. Rooms more premium than "standard" benefit from late checkout (1PM), which was great. Cons: The underground car park was full on my arrival, with additional cars parked outside the bays- I had to park somewhere else. The room had no AC. The breakfast buffet was rather disappointing.

Like this hotel with plenty of parking and great location to this city centre, just a short 10min stroll. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but the hotel bar and food is really good if you want to stay in. Great staff by the way, very helpful and polite
