The property was centrally located and well equipped. There was no microwave but we didn't need it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags which were then taken to our flat for us. This is a lovely home away from home. We would stay there again.

The check in was really confusing. We parked near by but only told after check in that could get discount on parking. Check in window is between 3 and 6, location is confusing to find and then they wanted £200 additional deposit even though room paid for and needed a traditional credit card not apple pay. Then sent to different building. Corridors and room smelt mouldy and damp. Our expectation that this would be a lovely stay for family and it was poor to average. Location in town good but everything else was a little disappointing.

A great room, more like an apartment, with good facilities. The room was clean and well-equipped - sofa, dining table, kitchen, coffees, teas, etc. The room was large and excellent and well-maintained. The suite was a little tricky to find - reception in one tucked-away building, room in another tucked-away building, but this added to the 'pleasant surprise' with the room.

We stayed in room 101 which was next to the main door so a little noisy when people coming and going, also a little noise from the street. Overall the apartment was lovely, really clean, large and very central. I would stay again but not in this room.

What a lovely stay we had. The apartment (206)was lovely,spotlessly clean,as was the rest of the building..Great location in the centre of the city,check in was easy and nothing like some previous reviews we’d read..We will definitely be back and will recommend.

Great apartment to stay over with grandkids, slight issue with no tv, the aerial porch had snapped and couldn’t receive any channels, wouldn’t of been a problem but 3&4 year old like tv, I managed to get the snapped port out and use a feed off other tv.
