「Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Überall Staubmäuse auf dem Boden. Armaturen im Badezimmer waren alt und wackelig! In Summe kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen!」

「Lots of free parking really appreciated. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was adequate & typical German, emphasising meats & cheeses. We stayed during warm May weather. Lots of sun on the front of building in the morning and lots of afternoon sun on the back of the building. Room AC was inadequate or not functional. Fans were noisy. Opening windows helped a little but street noise from front of building or railway noise from back of building made sleeping difficult. Neighbour, beside...

「Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay.」
