Schönes Hotel zum entspannen

Imposantes Gebäude. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich persönlich finde Betten mit durchgehender Matratze besser. Der Wellnesbereich war klein aber fein. Tolles Ambiente, Innen- und Aussenpool beheizt, Sauna und Dampfbad top. Der nahe gelegene See bot um diese Jahreszeit (Februar) Möglichkeiten spaziergänge zu machen.

Klasse, sehr zum empfehlen! Tolles Hotel, klasse Wellnessbereich. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück war auch klasse. Die Umgebung lädt in die Natur ein zum spazieren, walken, Fahrrad fahren. Gerne wieder!

Toller Service

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist sehr wohltuend. Das Hotel selbst liegt weit ab von Berlin, ein See direkt vor der Tür. Als ich ankam, nach Mitternacht war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ich musste klingeln und wurde vom Reinigungspersonal eingelassen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber der Geruch im Zimmer war leider nicht schön bzw. unangenehm. Das Bett ist extrem weich gewesen. Frühstück 1a! Das Hotel bedarf sicher einer Modernisierung, ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer ist ein sehr altes Modell. Ich habe dieses Hotel nur gebucht, weil es super Bewertungen hatte. Die ich so leider nicht teilen und nachvollziehen kann.

Durchschnittliches 4-Sterne Hotel

4 Sterne Spa-Hotel mit hohem Anspruch und Preis, der bei näherem Hinsehen nicht unbedingt die Realität trifft. Übertriebene Freundlichkeit des Personals wirkt aufgesetzt, künstlich und übertrieben. Standardzimmer sind klein und leider sehr hellhörig. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Innenarchitektur bzw. -ausstattung ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schöne Lage am See, aber nicht wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat, da weiter vorne eine Hauptstrasse verläuft. Sicher auch alles Geschmacks- und Ansichtssache.

A Great Hotel for Any Occasion

I am very used to staying in large big brand hotels in City Centres on business. The Hotel & SPA Sommerfeld was a very pleasant change from this. The hotel was very individual, the food was excellent and the service was very friendly and efficient.The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing & with the huge lake to walk (or cycle) around made this a special place. I would definately stay there again.
