「All very good」

「Checked in at 4 sheets were wet and window wouldn’t lock. Notified the front desk and was told they would take care of both. Came back at 9:30pm and the sheets were still wet and the window hadn’t been fixed. I was told to put the heat on for 45 mins and that a dehumidifier was placed in my room. It wasn’t there. After much back and forth I was given new sheets and a lock was placed on the window. The shower didn’t work. It was a horrible stay and I would like a refund」

「We initially had a problem with TV and coffee maker not working but we appreciate the staff’s effort to fix right away. We feel the price was right and perfectly located to see the sights of New Port. The trolley ride that included seeing The Breakers mansion was easy for us seniors with mobility issues. Thank you!」
