The property was immaculate and our room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and our host, Serena couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful and friendly. We love Newport and THIS will be our place. Parking onsite was easy and the location was perfect for walking everywhere you’d want to be.

Great location away from the touristy Thames Street. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and all the attractions of Newport. Breakfast is always good and the shed and garden amenities are peaceful and lovely.

We had a lovely stay at the inn while visiting for the Folk Festival- the innkeepers were exceptional and so friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious! It was in a great location between the town and the tide (beach, lol). We will definitely be staying here again!

Property is exactly as represented. In fact, our room was very spacious/ bedding top quality. Grounds are very intimate and interesting with koi pool, the coffee shed and assorted seating. Location near downtown and very walkable. Highly recommend. FYI like most Newport properties, there is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up a flight

Parking available but tight. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK and made to order. I appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee and tea, plus biscotti. Location was excellent for walking to the cliff walk and beach one way and to retail the other way on Memorial Blvd. Very comfortable room with AC. Did not have to use the baseboard heat. My wife and I had a very nice visit to Newport.

Loved the location, a short walk to the Cliff Walk and The Chanler. About a half mile to Thames. Parking onsite is a wonderful perk. We left our car there and never moved it. Either walked or Uber’d. Breakfast was great. We stayed in Room 12, roomy, immaculate. Would stay there again.

Attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location able to walk to historic part of town. Parking first come first serve; we were lucky to get a spot. The room had a comfortable king bed and very uncomfortable sofa pullout. We had sent a message twice to ask for two beds and explained that we were not a couple, but friends traveling to celebrate a birthday. We did not know the bed arrangement until we arrived. It was expensive and I wish that someone had recommended that we stay somewhere else. The property or Vacation Newport should have responded to my messages. So we were disappointed.
