「ニューポートのマンション群を見学したあと、その余韻に浸るのにピッタリな瀟洒な洋館です。インテリアも素敵で、特筆すべきなのは、お風呂です。ゆったりとした作りで、リラックスして入れる広めのジェットバスですし、シャワールームも完備されていました。 　また、私達にとって気に入ったのはポーターサービスです。ニューポートのどこからでも、フロントに電話をすると、スタッフの方が、黒塗りの車で送迎してくれるのです。はじめ、このサービスを知らなくて、ニューポートの案内所からタクシーでホテルに行ったのですが、サービスが悪く20％以上のチップを払ったのに、スーツケースも運んでくれなくて最悪でした。ところが、スタッフの方は、車も綺麗ですし、スーツケースも運んでいただけるし、運転もとてもていねいで最高でした。また、夕食のとき外のレストランにいっても、送迎していただけるし、マーブルハウス等、観光スポットから連絡しても、きちんと迎えに来ていただけるし、スーツケースもチェックインの前や、チェックアウトのあとでも、預かっていただけて、本当に助かりました。」

「If you go there by car, it is an amazing place. They have a large parking lot for free and it was a convenient place for sightseeing in Newport. Complementaly breakfast was great!! Waffles were so tasty. Price is very reasonable for family.」

「We stayed at this hotel to see Water Fire. It was very conveniently located near the city center. We booked 2bed, but only 1bed was booked. We were given blankets, but the room was never changed. I think it was a problem with the reservation system, but we were a little disappointed.」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. The elevator is a little wonky, so hold your coffee cup tightly. Doing check in online ahead of time made our late arrival very easy. The same with online checkout. The hotel was great value for money given how expensive other hotels in the area were. It was nice to see quiet hour signs posted around the hotel. Didn't use the gym, but it looked standard and fine. Included breakfast had a good variety of options. Grocery store and gas down the street and...

「The rooms could use a renovation. The beds are so uncomfortable and there is zero air circulation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighboring rooms conversation as if you’re in the same room. Great location and easy walk to everything. Despite the outdated room, I’d still stay here again for the price and convenience. 」

「Very well situated, right in the old part of Newtown. Quiet neighborhood and close to the busier streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kindly let us stay past the check out hour. We didn’t get a room in the house we had reserved (not in Melville but in an adjacent house) and the room we got didn’t look like the pictures posted on line. It was a little poky but since we only wanted to use it to sleep in, it didn’t bother us much. 」
