「We visited Ballards with a group of friends to celebrate a 55th birthday, and we had a great experience. Three couples in our group stayed 2 nights, and the rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. Having an AC was a plus! We rented cabanas on the beach which made the experience even better. The food was very good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. 「The employees, views were great. But: There was a green plastic floss pick the stood out on the dark carpet on the stairway. It was on the center of the step. Outside stairway going to the top level on Friday afternoon. Sunday afternoon it was still there. Maybe the floss pickup employee was on vacation during the weekend and the other employees had the “it’s no my job” attitude. I was tempted to pick it up but wanted to see how long it would sit there.」

「We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.」
