Enjoyed the shuffleboard and the fire pit. If we had another day we would enjoy Horseshoes and Cornhole. The staff is extremely nice. Place in clean in rooms and grounds. Fire pits have a started bucket and all that is needed. The flowers and color full Adirondack chairs really add to the comfortable atmosphere. We will certainly be back !!!! A must stay location a few miles away from the beaches. Great place!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed room 15, it’s just off the side and very private. Super close to the beach. I was impressed with the layout of the property fire pits, games, pool, ect

A gem of a place!

We loved the place--modern, attractive, well-kept, clean and comfortable (except for the coffee table), and the grounds were beautiful and obviously well-cared-for. We had a unit with a kitchenette, and it was well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, etc. It even had a washer and dryer! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Five stars!

What a great little find! We're a family of four and this discuss and exceptionally clean property was perfect for us! Two parents and two teenagers and this never felt crowded like other places. We'll be back!

This is a cute little property. Our room is all modern and up todate....a small ice machine is provided in the room with a coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge...outaide is a very clean pool, sandbox, bikes, basketball hoop and a huge firepit area with adarondack chairs which we enjoy sitting around and chatting with other guests....a great night stay and will definitely be back!!!!

We had a wonderful overnight at Phil & Ann's. First, the room was icy cold when we walked in - someone had thoughtfully put on the AC before we arrived so it would be comfortable. Everything was brand new - new paint, new large Fridge, new towels, etc -- and very clean. The property has a nice pool, plus shuffleboard, large grassy area, a volleyball net and a great fire pit area. Our villa/room had its own large tree and 2 chairs to lounge in, plus a picnic table. We had a great time. Thanks Phil & Ann!
