「I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

「Great location. In a circle with many resturants of all types and a great brewery steps away. nice heated pool. Wish they had a spa. I missed their breakfast as we left too esrly on our fishing trips but fresh coffee in lobby very good. Will go again」

「Great hotel! Central to everything. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Staff was excellent. Only complaint pillows are a bit hard or to full. The bathroom doesn’t allow for much privacy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and cookies were delicious. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.」

「ニューポートのマンション群を見学したあと、その余韻に浸るのにピッタリな瀟洒な洋館です。インテリアも素敵で、特筆すべきなのは、お風呂です。ゆったりとした作りで、リラックスして入れる広めのジェットバスですし、シャワールームも完備されていました。 　また、私達にとって気に入ったのはポーターサービスです。ニューポートのどこからでも、フロントに電話をすると、スタッフの方が、黒塗りの車で送迎してくれるのです。はじめ、このサービスを知らなくて、ニューポートの案内所からタクシーでホテルに行ったのですが、サービスが悪く20％以上のチップを払ったのに、スーツケースも運んでくれなくて最悪でした。ところが、スタッフの方は、車も綺麗ですし、スーツケースも運んでいただけるし、運転もとてもていねいで最高でした。また、夕食のとき外のレストランにいっても、送迎していただけるし、マーブルハウス等、観光スポットから連絡しても、きちんと迎えに来ていただけるし、スーツケースもチェックインの前や、チェックアウトのあとでも、預かっていただけて、本当に助かりました。」
