It was great for a one night stay. Small and clean with water views which was great. I left a phone charger there and tried for an entire day to speak to an actual person at the hotel. Could not speak to a person after trying everything. They will not answer at the front desk so make sure you do not leave any belongings there. Thy never reached out to me either. So do not leave anything behind !!

We loved the location and clean facility. Room # 32 was emailed to us as an upgraded room with more charge. We got there, the room was very cold, heater worked poorly, no desk, no chair to sit on. No dun coming through. We had handicap sticker, climbing mall that stairs was very difficult. Definitely this room was not an upgrade!!!!!!!! When we first arrived the receptionist was not warm and welcoming. We asked to change room for next day. They changed it. Better toom.

Excellent location right across from the water, walking distance to beach, about 10 minutes. Food in the restaurant was excellent and they had a nice happy hour. The free breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, pastries, granola bars, coffee, tea. Our stay was very quiet except for being able to hear our neighbors upstairs walking around. Would love to stay here again.

Loved my stay here. Most comfortable bed ever. Love being so close to the beach and being able to wake up grab a coffee and light breakfast at the hotel and walk along the ocean. The staff are so friendly and kind. Will come back here again. Best spot in Narragansett!

We thought the hotel room was spacious and had zero issues. Having the continental breakfast was great! We actually ate dinner all 3 nights we stayed at the restaurant attached to the hotel because we were tired and it was convenient and delicious! We enjoyed the firepit on the chilly evenings. Walking distance to the beach which was nice even in the off season.
