What can I say? Best visit to Newport we’ve had in years. Staff so friendly, accommodations immaculate. Food was excellent, views beautiful. Amazing value for the $$ and Serena was incredible! We’ll be back!

The Outlook Inn was wonderful! We were able to get an early check in by the owner and it felt so much more personable than a large hotel corporation. The attention to detail in the cleanliness and hospitality was so appreciated! All the staff was incredibly kind to us. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful room and super clean. Everything was great including the homemade breakfast every morning which probably saved us at least $100 over three days. Delicious food, beautiful room and very kind and polite staff. I can’t say enough good things.

We had a wonderful stay. I was a little bit scared as our room was at street level but they have noise machine in each room and it help soothing the noise. The quality of the bed also helped to get a good night sleep. Parking is indeed free but not on the property. You can park onsite for 10mn to check in and drop your suitcase. Breakfast was amazing and the staff really friendly. Overall, a great experience.
