「Great stay, as advertised! Would stay here again.」

「We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. 」

We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars.
