「Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!」

「The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we...

「I enjoyed the stay so much. My room was stunning. It was clean,big, and very comfortable. You are given a code to get through the front door and a code to get into your room. It was very easy. Such a beautiful place the best place I've stayed in a very long time.」

「This is a three star hotel that should be a best, a two star. On the surface it seems to have all the bells and whistles, however the general feel is that is is old and tired, and needs a really good scrub. Carpets that have seen better days, dust on air vents. The breakfast amenity is overpriced (pay per item( pre packaged gas station type food like breakfast sandwiches, juices and yogurt, seems not very popular with guests. Pros, the area we had our room was very quiet.」

「We had an absolutely beautiful stay. The room was clean .The bed was super comfortable. The check in was perfect and the man at the desk was truly there for his guests...you truly felt love and caring from him ...... Definitely will be back again.」
