「The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. 「I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is key right near the water area shopping of Bowen wharf. We checked in and Ashlee gave us a ton of recommendations and was literally the nicest person ever. So friendly and just so nice. Parking is a little ways down the street, but you can unload your bags and then go parking and go straight to shopping or dining.
