「The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! 」

「I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. 「Extended Stay America Providence に8月30日予約し、レンタカーでホテルに向かいましたが、ナビを使っても、近くのモールで聞いても、詳しい情報が分からず、ホテル近辺のモールからホテルに電話して向かいを依頼したが、受け付けられず、約４時間も掛けたが、見つけられなかった。致しかたなく、Providence　Airport　近くのホテルに1室空きがあり、23時頃チェックインした状況です。9月2日は無事帰国出来ました。もう少し住所の詳しい説明が必要でした。」
