「The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Best Western The staff was very helpful Toni who kept our room neat and tidy she was so helpful. The man at the front desk { I'm sorry I forgot your name} was terrific , he had lots of suggestions for places to eat. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had lots of places for us to visit. Everyone there was supper helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.」

「Poor service and waited an hour after standard check in at 4 pm for our room to be ready. After entering the room, which should have been clean, we found something quite disgusting on the bed so if the sheets were changed this item would not have been there. The room was obviously not cleaned. We ended up not staying at the Viking and checked into another hotel and had a great experience. The Viking was very disappointing after the so called “renovation”. We will not be visiting the Viking...

「The hotel is old and in need of updates. Our room was next to an exit door that made a loud noise whenever guests entered or exited, causing constant disturbances throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.」
