「They did not refresh our towels. Maybe they are super eco friendly, but they removed dirty towels and didn't give us replacements. We had to keep asking for more towels our whole stay. I don't understand why they would not give us any new towels. This is the main reason for the 3 rating」
「We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though 」

「The hotel grounds, pool, and room all seemed clean and well maintained. All the staff are very helpful and nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is starting to show it age a bit but is still very comfortable and clean. The location is safe and I had no worries about my car and belongings. It's about 15 mins to the beaches to the south and about 20 mins to Newport.」
