「We stayed this hotel for business. Well cleaned suites were very comfortable for our exhausted members. A bit far from downtown, but some restaurant and supermarket are located at near this hotel. And we really enjoy a breakfast! That was so good!」

「After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process」

Had I known the hot tub had just come out of construction and wasn’t fully functioning or up to its full potential, I would have chosen another...

「Interior of hotel smelt bad. Bed was firm. Was directed to change rooms and when I tried to do that the staff didn’t know why I was directed to change rooms. So I packed up all my belongings during my stay and made myself available to do a room change for nothing.」

「People upstairs were stomping both times the past 2 visits.」
