When arriving at the property, it didn’t look too bad. The staff is not very welcoming. Felt like they didn’t want to be there. When we got to the room, I went straight to the shower (because we had just left the beach). We booked the room for 5, but only had 4 towels (not really a big deal), then I went into the shower. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and tilted, so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed, which then soak the bathroom floor. Then I went to put my shampoo and conditioner on the little shelf when I realized

The control panel for the AC was hanging off of the unit. An electrical outlet had a broken panel. Generally, the property seemed in disrepair.

It was convenient to my event. Hall light was out; hard to see into closet and entry. Breakfast was fair. Only one person on desk duty, slow check in.

Bed was absolutely terrible. The pillows were terrible. Breakfast choices were extremely limited and didn’t even taste good. Our AC in our room barely worked but apparently they were fully booked so we couldn’t move rooms. All around we weren’t there much and I’m glad because this hotel was not comfortable at all

Que dire … l’hôtel mérite un gros update de ses équipements … il a fait très humide et chaud durant notre séjour et clairement, le système d’échange d’air et de déshumidification ne sont pas fonctionnnels, tout était humide dans la chambre - même la céramique de la réception … et ma fille qui est en béquille, a glissé et est tombée violemment ..!! Le déjeuner est passable

Dirty and stains on bedding and couches. Never got room serviced with bed made or new towels. Used every towel since the shower leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. First room assigned wet carpet near air conditioner and room stink! Elevator smelled of cigarettes. No personality or helpfulness of hotel front desk. Will never stay at a comfort suites again. I believe they are all being used as low income housing.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on line. In dire need of an upgrade. My room had no amenities like other rooms of those in my party. (Soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer etc) I do have to say the bed was very comfortable and some of the staff were very pleasant.

Had stay there and was disappointed how lack of maintenance has allowed property to become outdated and unkept. Lacked proper coffee / tea in room setup. Breakfast was minimal at best and even lacked milk for cereal. Lack of available towels in pool area. Very disappointed
