Room was clean. Bathroom was incredibly tight. Beautifully redone room and bathroom but the bathroom was very small. Staff was excellent. Parking on Saturday night was incredibly difficult but other than that, it was perfect for the price.

Check-in staff was okay, did not feel a warm welcome at check-in. But allowed us to check in an hour early, which is good. Double-tree cookies are so good, don't forget to ask for them. The room is clean with a mini fridge and a microwave. Staff at our check-out was pretty friendly. Pricing is decent, good for a short getaway. Downtown where there are more dining options is 15 min drive, Target is nearby.

The major attraction to this hotel was convenience to the airport and a shuttle pick and drop off even at very late or early hours. Seems like the hotel is going through a remodel from Radisson to Double Tree - lot of noise even after 1pm with people moving - no dining options due to remodel but rooms were clean and comfortable

Yes on the shuttle. I ordered a cup of clam chowder in the restaurant. It was terrible. It was tepid and had no potatoes in it. I ate it because I thought that was how it was supposed to be. The waitress came to take a dessert order and asked how it was. I said it was ok but there were no potatoes in it. She Took it back to the kitchen. Then told me it should have had the, in it. She would take it off the bill. Her boss would not let her because I had eaten it. I particularly chose this hotel because of a restaurant on site. This just does not work for me
