「Quaint BnB nicely updated. Only drawback was a very small bathroom in our room. Reminded us of some hotel bathrooms in Europe. It didn’t hinder us but may not be appreciated by everyone. Location is ideal for dining, shopping, free shuttle and wharfs. The 」

「Really enjoyed that this Inn was further away from the main touristy area, but still walkable to the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfast each morning too. Very close to the Cliff Walk and beach for a different trip than I have had to Newport in the past. Staff is incredibly nice and very responsive. Already booked our stay for next year!」

「The hotel has three buildings and all are in a fine location. Free breakfast is very good. There is a shower bath but no bathtub. Staff are very friendly. My room was on the basement story and smelt a little bit musty, but it was beautifully furnished, clean and spacious.」

「We had the Ida Lewis Room which was awesome. Tons of light and space to enjoy our stay. The bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable and great quality. The bathroom huge. Loved the decoration and attention to details. The location was perfect for us since it is in the middle of everything there is to see but yet in a quiet and lovely neighborhood with historical houses. 「民宿好きな方なら絶対にお勧めです。皆とても感じがいい。ただ、部屋が狭い。朝食は本当においしかったです。でもお水がマズイのか、コーヒーはひどかったです。ニューポートは、大きなホテルがなく、民宿ばかり。ただ、歩いていける場所が多いので、一泊は民宿嫌いな人でも宿泊をお勧めします。個人的には、ニューポートは大好きですが、次回は少し離れた普通のホテルにしたいと考えています。笑。でもこの町へは、1泊は泊まってみたらいいと思います。」

「We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!」

「Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.」

「The owner was nice but inn keeper was not so friendly till the owner showed up. The information said that sun set room has the bustub but only shower. The location was good which is good but a little bit noisy at night. The breakfast was good. And the lady who served us was friendly. 」
