「Superbly maintained, quiet, peaceful views of the harbor. Could not have asked for more.」

「Very clean, quiet, and friendly. Staff was very welcoming, escorting us to our room and explaining everything. View of Wood River and pond from our room was fantastic. We saw a variety of birds and wildlife from our patio. We have stayed at the Stagecoach House Inn several times and plan to stay there again.」

「The hotel has three buildings and all are in a fine location. Free breakfast is very good. There is a shower bath but no bathtub. Staff are very friendly. My room was on the basement story and smelt a little bit musty, but it was beautifully furnished, clean and spacious.」

「民宿好きな方なら絶対にお勧めです。皆とても感じがいい。ただ、部屋が狭い。朝食は本当においしかったです。でもお水がマズイのか、コーヒーはひどかったです。ニューポートは、大きなホテルがなく、民宿ばかり。ただ、歩いていける場所が多いので、一泊は民宿嫌いな人でも宿泊をお勧めします。個人的には、ニューポートは大好きですが、次回は少し離れた普通のホテルにしたいと考えています。笑。でもこの町へは、1泊は泊まってみたらいいと思います。」

「We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated.」

「First of all, the pros: 1. the shower is better than the one we have at home. I took two one day just to enjoy the experience. 2. the location was ideal—close Bowens Wharf—so we never needed our car to go shopping or to eat out. 3. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cons: 1. we were under the impression that breakfast was available through the hotel but the restaurant that is supposed to offer breakfast for guests of the Chart House didn’t open until 4:00 pm and it wasn’t clear how we...
