「The property is clean and comfortable, I had to request for change of room at 3:00 am, due to a very strong chemical smell in my room. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. The Cleaning lady , was very disrespectful and very rude. We were inquiring if there is a restaurant or a beverage machine in the property....」

「This is a nice location, however it needs a lot of TLC. The front door was not secured, the bath tub had some major chips out of it and you had to be careful not to step on them. Cockroaches came out of the plugged in hair dryer, the comforter smelled like urine, the halls had a constant presence of marijuana in them, the Ice machine barely put out ice. Positivity was the TV worked and the A/C unit worked. It’s too bad this place is in this condition. There’s permanent people living here...

「This is a budget-friendly hotel, so don’t expect luxury or a lot of amenities. It’s a good place to stay if you plan to spend most of your day sightseeing and enjoying Rhode Island. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The complimentary breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but enough to start the day. 「Property outside was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms.....Had to change rooms due to the bedding having stains and smelled very musty. The replacement room was better. It's a nice place for the price and a short stay. It's definitely dated, well used, could use some attention on the small things; i.e. bedding, trim paint, clean out the freezer in the fridge, proper shower curtains, and some general deep cleaning in the hidden away areas (corners, behind furniture, etc).
