The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back"

"The host was welcoming and quick to respond to messages. The apartment was charming with a great view of the water. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the trip and would stay here again! "

Communication was all right.There were some important discrepancies in the actual space from the VRBO listing that I think should be addressed & corrected.In addition, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that should have been noticed by the hosts, but were not.It was fine for our needs on this trip, but not a place we would go out of our way to return to."

"An absolute wonderful place to stay. Clean, close to everything, friendly. Had a 5 inch snow storm while we were there and they went out of their way to make sure snow was cleared ( told them they didnt have to)Also loaned us a car sweeper to remove the snow from overnight."

"Excellent communication with the host. The house is nicely set up for a vrbo, clean, thoughtful, decluttered set up. We appreciated bedding and towels being provided. Safe area. There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence"

"Just returned from our trip and our stay at the cottage was so relaxing! The cottage is well appointed with coffee, snacks, a mix of beverages that are great if you don't get a chance to get to the grocery store before checking in. The check-in/check-out process was super easy. The area is quiet and peaceful, and a great place to enjoy a walk along the water. We had the opportunity to try some great nearby restaurants, and the location was also great for day trips to Mystic, Newport, New Bedford, Westport....so very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage! "
